Introducing an Aiki Combatives Class at the Heidelberg Dojo every Tuesday night at 6.30pm.

This class will concentrate on distilling the techniques and principles of Aikido into very short, fast and effective moves and outcome.

Rob Rosa Sensei will draw on his vast years of experience in the Security Industry, his Boxing and Aikido. Rosa Sensei’s experience will lead to effective mental and technical strategies to deal with violent situations.
